Location: Downtown Toronto (OnSite 4 days per week)
Salary range: Up to $100k p.a (higher / negotiable for someone who ticks all the boxes)

Our client in the Healthcare space is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our highperforming finance team. In this role youll work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance optimize operations and support valuecreation initiatives. What Youll Be Doing

Partnering with Key Business Leaders
- Work alongside departments like Marketing Procurement and HR to optimize financial decisionmaking.
- Champion best practices in data governance reporting accuracy and financial integrity.
Streamlining Processes and amp; Driving Efficiency
- Drive automation streamline workflows and introduce dynamic reporting tools.
- Implement innovative financial strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Maximizing Business Performance and amp; Growth
- Quantify the impact of operational and marketdriven initiatives.
- Provide databacked recommendations to improve financial and business performance.
What Were Looking For
Education and amp; Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. CPA designation strongly preferred.
- 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis planning or strategy within a highgrowth datadriven environment.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables complex modeling).
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL and automation tools to streamline reporting.
- Strong communication and business partnering skillsable to influence at all levels.
- Multisite experience is a plus!
