Job Description
Summary:
The QA Lead will manage a team of testers to develop and optimize both manual and automated test cases for a JavaScriptbased front end and .NET API back end. This role involves ensuring highquality standards through test strategy development execution and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of manual and automated testing strategies for frontend and backend technologies.
- Develop and maintain test plans dashboards and reports to track quality metrics.
- Perform API and microservices testing using RestAssured and similar tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure integration system and user acceptance testing is conducted efficiently.
- Identify document and manage defects while ensuring testing traceability with RTM.
- Optimize test strategies and contribute to the development of test automation frameworks.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong experience with testing JavaScript frontend technologies such as React Angular or Vue.js.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium Cypress or Playwright.
- Handson experience with API testing using RestAssured Postman or RestSharp.
- Expertise in test management test plan creation and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of .NET framework and performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter) is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing defect management and SIT/UAT processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a strong understanding of testing best practices
