Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and other tools.
- Implement custom objects triggers workflows validation rules and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs middleware or custom code.
- Ensure data synchronization between Salesforce and external databases or thirdparty applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create technical specifications solution architecture and data models for new implementations or enhancements.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
- Implement best practices for coding security and platform usage.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage code deployments using tools like Gearset Copado or change sets.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications addressing bugs and technical issues.
- Ensure system integrity and data security through regular updates and compliance checks.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for solutions processes and configurations.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide support for endusers as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Handson experience in Salesforce development experience.
- Experience in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins Git or Salesforce DX.
- Understanding of Salesforce declarative features such as Flows Process Builder and Workflow Rules.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or other certifications (e.g. App Builder System Architect).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
