Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).
This is a technical leadership position needed to drive the development and support of the IRIS 2.0 modernization project a full replacement of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitations case management system. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed project teams working on this high priority development project.
Project work will include: application architecture design and development integration with 3rd party internal and external systems database technology migration from Oracle to Azure SQL and data conversion building and maintaining cloud computing environments and analysis of legacy code and logical requirements.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing creating and maintaining web services system integrations web development and highly complex online transaction processing (OLTP).

- 5 years experience as the lead architect in modernization or rewrite from a legacy system to a modern replacement including modernization of technology as well as working with a crossfunctional team to redesign and simplify UX and workflows to meet modern application design standards using a material design library and component framework such as MudBlazor
- 2 years experience as a .NET expert with extensive experience using ASP.NET Core v68
- 2 years experience in Azure SQL cloud database solution
- 2 years experience with GitHub distributed version control and using GitHub actions to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Must Have:
