MW Partners is currently seeking a Executive Assistant to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the SVP of Music Programming Specials & Events and the SVP and VPs of Music & Celebrity Talent.
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Process expense reports and assist with other financial tracking for executives.
- Order office supplies and coordinate office services as needed.
- Organize and maintain department files including calendars distribution lists and entertainment information databases.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of creative decks and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose celebrity talent for upcoming projects and events across Music & Entertainment and Paramount.
- Track important documents related to tentpoles and series including deal memos nominee invitations talent trackers etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 12 years of experience in television/media industry or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
