About the Role
We are seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse 1 to join our surgical team in Misrata Libya. This fulltime permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in a hightech and fastpaced environment where precision and teamwork are essential.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room or surgical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Perioperative Nursing Certification (CNOR) are a plus.
- Proficiency in surgical instruments equipment and techniques.
- Strong organizational communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in highpressure situations.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
