Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Leader to lead a team of developers and drive the successful execution of projects in an onsite role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development with a deep expertise in .NET technologies Azure and SQL Server. Strong leadership skills along with domain experience in the airline industry are crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers ensuring high standards of coding performance and best practices in software development.
- Oversee the design development and implementation of complex .NET applications and systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical leadership to implement solutions.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance within the Azure cloud environment.
- Optimize and ensure the scalability of applications leveraging Azure services and SQL Server.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and requirements in the airline domain.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Manage timelines priorities and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET Azure and SQL Server.
- Professional experience in .NET development (C# ASP.NET .NET Core).
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
- Extensive experience with Azure Cloud Services (e.g. Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL etc.) and developing cloudnative applications.
- Strong handson experience with SQL Server and expertise in database design optimization and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of airline domain and its unique challenges in IT solutions (e.g. booking systems flight scheduling passenger services).
- Expertise in .NET Core ASP.NET MVC C# Entity Framework and other .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with architectural patterns (e.g. microservices eventdriven architectures).
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g. Angular React) and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with airline industryspecific technologies and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
