Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU (Traveler)
Location: Inglewood CA 90301
Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Shift: 12Hour Night Shifts (19:30 07:00)
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team for an 8week contract position. This is a great opportunity for both travelers and local candidates with at least 1 years of acute care experience to contribute to a highperforming fastpaced ICU environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise critical thinking skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Provide highquality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patients vital signs cardiac rhythms and overall condition.
- Administer medications treatments and interventions as prescribed.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond rapidly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
- Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and decisionmaking in complex patient scenarios.
- Adhere to hospital policies and infection control protocols.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care/ICU experience required.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Skills:
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- 12hour shifts
- 8week contract with potential for extension or permanent placement.
- Housing travel stipend and other benefits may be available for travelers.
