What Youll Do as a Recruitment Consultant
From day one youll manage the full recruitment cycle ensuring a highquality experience for both clients and candidates. Your key responsibilities include:
- Understanding client needs: Analyze job requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Sourcing top talent: Use innovative channels and our extensive network to find candidates.
- Advertising roles: Craft job ads that attract the right profiles.
- Candidate engagement: Interview qualify and guide candidates throughout their journey.
- Network building: Create and nurture your own talent pool.
- Followup: Stay connected to support candidates in their career paths.
- Project involvement: Lead or contribute to various recruitment and business initiatives.
