This role is based at Nordborg Denmark.
You will lead a shop floor team to ensure that Quaker Houghton is providing a quality service. This person is a key team player in ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations.

Tasks
Lead a team of support operators at the Nordborg Denmark site to ensure our Metal Working lubricants greases coolants cleaners and other Quaker Houghton industrial fluids necessary for the clients manufacturing process are working under the best conditions.
Such as:
- Ensure that the team keeps equipment & products involved properly maintained and operated.
- Oversee that the team meets high cleanliness standards where our products operate.
- Ensure the team follows all quality safety & environmental policies.
- Administrative and data entry tasks into our software application.
- Maintain constant communication with the Quaker Houghton teams involved and the main customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2year experience in team management in any sector. Even though it is an advantage no industrial experience is necessary.
- We are looking for someone with leadership skills who is a fast learner and eager to develop a career in the manufacturing sector working with wellestablished multinational companies.
- Valid driving license is a must.
- Good English skills.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft suits i.e Excel Word and Powerpoint
