Marketing Manager ( remote South African based candidates)
Position: Marketing Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST
Salary Range: $USD /month (stretch)
Location: South Africa / Philippines
Holiday: Aligned with company holidays
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing operations. Our company is a leading travel management platform that simplifies and streamlines business travel helping companies book and manage their trips more efficiently. As a key member of the team you will drive brand awareness manage digital campaigns and support sales initiatives. This role requires strong strategic thinking content creation skills and a handson approach to marketing execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized datadriven and comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Manage outbound email campaigns including writing and sending two newsletters weekly
- Product Marketing: Oversee product marketing updates twice a month to keep customers informed.
- Sales Support: Create and maintain marketing collateral to support the sales team.
- Lead Management: Track and manage organic leads coming through the website.
- Paid Advertising: Develop execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write and publish two blog posts per month to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Website Analytics & Optimization: Monitor website traffic and analytics providing insights and improvement suggestions.
- Social Media Management: Plan and post content across social channels twice per week.
- Project Support: Assist the team with special marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Marketing specialist hubspot experience google and linked in experience email campaigns pretty quick decision.
- 3 5 Years of experience Copywriter.
- Quick self starter self sufficient 1 years hubspot experience & automations with quick learning
- Proven experience in a marketing management role preferably within a tech travel or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including email marketing paid ads and SEO.
- Excellent writing skills with experience creating engaging content for newsletters blogs and social media.
- Handson experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track performance and drive datainformed decisions.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Location: Remote (South Africa)
- Availability: Must have a stable internet connection and be available during required work hours. Specifically 9am to 11:30am EST (New York)
