Job Description
Job Posting: Sheet Metal Worker 308A Licensed
Location: Windsor ON
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Monday to Friday
Wage: depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate assemble install and repair sheet metal components and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
- Measure cut and shape metal sheets to precise dimensions
- Install metal sheets using welding bolting riveting or soldering techniques
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing sheet metal components
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Valid 308A Sheet Metal Worker License (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with sheet metal tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights (if required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
