Position Overview
We are a fastgrowing fintech company seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the establishment of our data science infrastructure. This role is a 6month contract with the potential for extension based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science experience building data infrastructure and a passion for leveraging data to drive impactful decisions.
Skills :
Infrastructure Development:
Design develop and implement a robust data science infrastructure that aligns with the company s goals and technological framework.
Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Data Analysis & Modeling:
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support business decisionmaking.
Optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product engineering and operations to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Best Practices & Mentorship:
Establish data science best practices and documentation for longterm scalability.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on data science projects.
Innovation & Problem Solving:
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex datarelated challenges.
