If you have at least a $150K book of business as a patent attorney or patent agent this is an opportunity keep more of what you bill while still having the backend administrative support and internal crossselling opportunities of a well established firm.
This firm's model is based on fairness flexibility and providing value without sacrificing quality. A true winwin scenario for the partners associates agents and clients. There are incentives for cross selling within the firm and a completely flexible work schedule.
Type of work: Preparation and prosecution of US patents patent opinions patent portfolio management due diligence licensing
Technical background: Electrical Engineering Computer Science Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Organic Chemistry Molecular Biology
Requirements:
- At least 45 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience
- At least a $150K portable book of business
- USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys); State Bar (for attorneys).
NOTE:
