About the job
We are looking for a FullStack Developer to join our Mobile Services team that is responsible for developing configuring monitoring and troubleshooting the Opera Mini and other Opera mobile services. As a FullStack Developer you will play a vital role in the development of new features and maintenance of existing code and test suites including bug fixes optimization and refactoring.
Role & Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain new and existing applications supporting Operas mobile browsers.
Implement and execute unit tests and endtoend tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain best practices and ensure highquality standards.
Develop and enhance internal infrastructure and automation tools to support application development and deployment.
Provide oncall support for selected highavailability services to ensure seamless operation and uptime.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Python and/or Go (experience in at least one is required; willingness to learn the other is essential).
Experience with frontend applications development.
Strong background in backend server applications development.
Knowledge of relational databases (concurrency control ACID properties and query optimization)
An Ideal Candidates Profile:
DevOps expertise with technologies such as Kubernetes (k8s) Docker Ansible and Terraform.
Familiarity with TypeScript and modern web frameworks like Vue React or Angular.
Experience in database and datastore integration including Redis BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
