Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Guest Relationship Executive to join our Mumbai team on a fulltime basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of our guests ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment. This role requires an individual who is skilled at guest handling and who excels at building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Guest Relationship Executive (Mandatory skill) is required to ensure flawless guest interactions and satisfaction.
  • Customer Service skills are essential to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations in all interactions.
  • Effective Communication skills are necessary to convey information clearly and build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Strong Time Management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet the needs of guests and operations swiftly.
  • Experience as a Receptionist is advantageous to professionally manage front desk duties and guest inquiries.
  • Proficiency as a Site Receptionist to oversee sitespecific guest experiences and ensure operational smoothness.
  • Administrative skills to organize and assist in tasks related to guest services and support broader team needs.
  • Guest Handling expertise to address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all guests upon arrival ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of services and offerings to educate and inform guests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and satisfaction for all guests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and develop strategies for improving guest experiences and satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of guest interactions preferences and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of guest relations operations.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a professional image at all times.
