Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment where youll work closely with experienced recruiters to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
- Experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Past experience with North American recruitment/market
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring highquality candidates achieving hiring goals and building robust talent pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written English skills coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Resourceful proactive and creative problemsolver.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Access to a reliable laptop and highspeed internet.
