Job Title: German Customer Service Advisor (Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM) Porto Hybrid
Location: Porto Portugal (OnSite / Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries troubleshoot problems and provide indepth knowledge of our products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while delivering solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and provide seamless service.
- Keep customer accounts and information up to date ensuring accuracy and detail.
- Proactively manage customer issues escalate complex matters when needed and ensure timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and share insights to improve customer experience and service quality.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (native or nearnative level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with our international team.
- Experience in customer service or a clientfacing role is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced setting.
- A positive friendly and professional approach when dealing with customers.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM with the potential for future shifts from 08:00 AM 08:00 PM.
- Two days off: Saturday and Sunday.
