A leading awardwinning Food Retail group that has just expanded and has a strong presence of Retail stores around Cork has a Store Manager job available.
We are looking for an able reliable retail manager who is passionate about standards fresh foods and achieving store growth.
This retail client is a highly progressive and well known retail group who have won numerous national retail awards and retailer managers who have come and gone in the business have been given a great opportunity to raise their management profile.
Store Manager salary will vary DOEbonus
Full flexibility is required but typically early shifts rotational weekends on and off.
Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives
- Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising customer service and hygiene that reflects well on the groups reputation
- Managing all HR H&S related queries ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters.
Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Must be a proven and experienced retail grocery store manager or assistant manager in a similar retail food environment who is ready to step up.
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must and one must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them such as deli charge hands Assistant Managers and Supervisors and other senior staff.
- Commercially astute looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape and managing costs effectively and using your supplier network to your advantage.
- Working knowledge of Labour Law Health & Safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law
