The Opportunity
At Adobe Firefly we build foundation generative models for image video and other modalities which power the suite of products at Adobe. This work is powered by a platform comprised of data training and inference infrastructures.
We are looking for a worldclass principal ML engineer to lead the training infrastructure development of this platform. You will lead the architecture design development and testing of the infrastructure. This is a highly crossfunctional role where you will closely work with the data platform inference platform Adobe Research Applied Research among others.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a worldclass principal ML engineer to lead the training infrastructure development of this platform. You will lead the architecture design development and testing of the infrastructure. This is a highly crossfunctional role where you will closely work with the data platform inference platform Adobe Research Applied Research among others.
Job Responsibilities
- Help architect and optimize the next generation AI training platform.
- Collaborate with architects in the US engineering teams and crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for team members.
- Work across different teams as uber tech lead to set the technical charter of the future.
- Review and provide feedback on features technology architecture designs and test strategies.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science AI/ML or related fields.
- 15 years of experience
- 3 years as a Lead/Chief Architect
- Excellent communication skills. Good articulation and storytelling to convey technical visions within cross functional teams.
- Excellent technical leadership skill. Experience in tech leading large number of contributors on time sensitive and business critical projects.
- Strong collaboration skill. Experience with working in a large organization driving alignment drawing conclusions and getting things done.
- Experience in design of largescale production ML infra systems
- Working experience with Kubernetes and ML platform offerings in the industry
