Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital marketing resource to develop implement track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a decent understanding on digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the business teams and supporting teams (like IT and medical team) and agency partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The digital division works as a Centre for excellence where it keeps on imparting/sharing best practices on the digital fulcrum with business team related to category therapy and customer.
Areas Of Responsibility
Responsibilities Brainstorm new and digital growth strategies. Identify trends and insights based on the best practices and campaign performances. Plan and execute digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns. Building and managing social media channels on different category led initiatives. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams on various briefs and discussion Utilize the analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies with an adoption point of view where appropriate.
Skill sets for the role To act as a catalyst and has a zeal to take up project on its own Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate. Manage campaign optimization and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Decent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics FB exchange and google ad words). Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
