Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Afternoon Supervisor at Mercure Perth you will lead the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences within our outlets and event spaces during afternoon service periods. We are seeking a passionate and proactive supervisor with experience in conferencing events and F&B operations who thrives on delivering outstanding service and fostering team success.
Qualifications :
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Current working rights in Australia.
Proven experience in supervising food and beverage operations particularly in conferencing and events.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Flexibility to work across a 7day roster including weekends and public holidays.
