Customer Support Representative Danish Speaker
Location: Greece (Athens or remote within the country)
Type: FullTime

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Danish.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers with product or servicerelated questions technical troubleshooting and account management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent Danish speaker (written and spoken).
- Proficient in English (for internal communication).
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic technical skills to handle customer support tools and software.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
