- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent Danish speaker (written and spoken).
- Proficient in English (for internal communication).
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic technical skills to handle customer support tools and software.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
