Overview of the job
As the Paid Media Manager at Influencer you will be responsible for the day to day campaign setup trafficking optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns built around Influencer content. You will work closely with the Associate Paid Media Director supporting the management of all paid media accounts clients relationships and helping to educate internal teams on innovations and best practices for combining influencer marketing and paid media distribution.

Measures of success In the first few months you would have:
A proactive approach in building a good relationships with clients and exceptional attention to detail campaigns management
Ensuring bestinclass campaign delivery on platforms like Meta & TikTok with minimal delivery issues.
Take a datadriven approach to analysing and reporting on campaign performance on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
Stay uptodate with industry trends platform updates and best practices. (platform relationship)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the Associate Media Director to analyse and set up campaigns that align with the media plan
Develop and execute paid social strategies that align with performance and organic goals.
Monitor analyse and optimise campaigns; identify optimisation for improving and scaling performance and deliver insightful campaign reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns; as well as KPIs being met.
Collaborate with the creative strategy and production team(measurement team etc) to develop industry best practice creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Build a close working relationship with the Client Services team to provide ongoing support and analysis of paid media campaigns and their performance
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and product solutions and support in the upskilling and education of internal teams in paid social with the objective of growing our existing business partnerships
What you will need:
Minimum of 3 years handson experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and creatives and be comfortable analysing campaign data and report to Associate Paid Media Director on any changes or needs of the campaigns.
Understand trackable conversions ROAS and be able to report on it to the wider business
Organised meticulous about meeting KPIs with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of the influencer marketing industry is desirable
