The Role
As a Client Director you are responsible for acquiring new clients in the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science Industry providing longterm support for those clients you acquire with significant development potential.

- Networking You enjoy maintaining and expanding your network of decisionmakers in the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science industry. You utilise your contacts to generate leads and gather information.
- Inspiring – Leveraging your knowledge of market trends and innovations you add significant value to our discussions inspire clients and pique their interest in our offerings. By sharing your expertise and involving specialised experts as needed you position Zühlke as a trusted advisor.
- Acquiring Your proactive mindset drives strategic client acquisition for Zühlke fortifying our market position. You constantly seek up and crossselling opportunities both with existing customers and new prospects.
- Guiding You are perceived by our customers as a trusted companion guiding them through solutionoriented consulting proposal creation negotiation and ultimately a successful closing.
- Network – you have an active network of decisionmakers within the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science industry.
- Market understanding – you possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the sector and more broadly digital transformation trends.
- Accomplished in complex sales – You bring extensive experience in consultative selling professional services showcasing a proven track record of winning complex sales over several years.
- Techsavvy – you have a keen interest in technology and how it can transform the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science sectors.
- University Degree You have a university degree in Medicine or Technology.
