Job Description

It enables us to continue capitalefficient hypergrowth and provide a worldclass customer and partner experience. We have been able to significantly improve both delivery efficiency and quality over the years at the same time expanding our footprint to now 30 markets under the Wolt brand. Yet we are just getting started.
Global Operations team drives longterm strategy scalable processes and sustainable business models across our entire base of operations. We work closely with our regional teams general management and key functional leaders across dimensions such as product and analytics and drive forward companywide projects with high strategic importance.
The team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the exciting and dynamic field of logistics development.
As a Strategy & Operations Manager you will play a key role in driving programs and initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of our Logistics Network. You will act as the primary point of contact for specific Wolt regions focusing on optimizing their operational efficiency.
Using your strong analytical and operational expertise you will identify opportunities for improvement collaborate with Regional Operations to implement solutions and assess their impact on key metrics such as Active Efficiency and Quality. You have a passion for metricsanalyzing understanding and interpreting them to uncover root causes derive leading indicators presenting insights to stakeholders and driving datadriven decisions and actions.
Additionally you will work closely with Product teams and other central and crossfunctional stakeholders to ideate test and implement new features and products ensuring their successful rollout and adoption.
What Youll Be Doing:
Act as the primary contact for specific countries addressing operational needs and driving logistics efficiency and quality improvements
Track performance metrics identify trends through leading metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency quality and contribute to reducing the cost of delivery
Dive deep into issues conduct root cause analysis (RCA) recommend solutions and drive actions resolve challenges
Collaborate with the Product team in ideating piloting refining and rolling out new features and services
Work closely with Central teams to lead strategic initiatives building scalable processes and sustainable business models.
You will report to our Head of Logistics Development. Preferred locations are in Helsinki Berlin and/ or Copenhagen.
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in operations planning and analytics in fastpaced environments ideally in ecommerce supply chain or consulting with a focus on transportation and ecommerce sectors
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive approach to seeking improvements and driving impactful change
Excellent analytical and structured problemsolving skills and a bias for action
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities in crossfunctional settings building strong relationships and alignment
Proficient in data tools such as Looker Google Sheets and SQL with the ability to extract insights and drive meaningful global outcomes
An undergraduate degree in Business Statistics or Analytics is required with a masters in a relevant field as a plus but work experience is strongly preferred.
Fluency in English valid EU work authorization and residency in (or willingness to relocate to) Helsinki Berlin or another Wolt office location are required.
