Due to our super fast growth were looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Helsinki. In this role you will be ensuring the team has everything related to IT in place and act as the specialist for the local team.
You will be working as part of the central IT team that are based in Helsinki HQ but work in close cooperation with the local team in Helsinki and other locations across the company. This is a great opportunity to take ownership and be part of building and developing Wolts IT operations.
What youll be doing
- Working as a member of the Global IT Operations team reporting to the Global IT Operations Lead
- Responsible for planning and implementing network infrastructure both online and onsite
- Assisting and guiding our network team
- Coordinating and operating the local network gear logistics
- Collaborating with local teams to maintain centrally managed office networks
Qualifications :
- Prior experience with working in a similar role
- Experience working in IT in large organizations and knowhow of best practices in IT is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English communicating with the central IT team and the local office
- Deep technical knowledge of Cisco Meraki and/or Mist Juniper networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an orientation on excellent service
- Quick thinking and the type of person with a can doattitude
