Internship Full Stack Developer for GenAI LegalTech-StartUp

Silberfluss is radically transforming the way law firms operate through an innovative AI agent. Our AI Associate streamlines laborintensive tasks such as analyzing documents identifying relevant court decisions and drafting legal materials enabling lawyers to save up to 50% of their work time.

As an intern youll work directly with our CTO gaining handson experience and contributing to the development of the most capable and integrated AI copilot for German law. Join us in shaping the future of legal work!

Tasks

You will support our product development in direct cooperation with our development team and CTO to get our product off the ground and to our customers. Depending on your previous experience and motivation you can support us in the following areas (you can support where you want to and dont have to contribute everywhere although an interest in all of these areas wouldnt hurt):

• Maintaining and developing a RAG infrastructure with various data pools and structures (knowledge graphs public legal data hierarchic data)
• Optimizing and finetuning LLMs (Anthropic Claude GPT4o Noxtua) and their prompts
• Building tool extensions for the models (generating (docx) documents interfacing with existing DMS software search tools)
• Data Sing and Preparation for Semantic Search Finetuning and Training
• Building stable proofofconcept UIs and MVPs in Angular and React (including a MS365 AddIn)
• If you want to bring innovative and creative ideas on how to improve the product for our customers be it design functionality or new features!

Requirements

We are looking for a (mostly) FullStack developer with a broad interest in prototyping software.

You need to have:

• Very good knowledge of (typed) Python and good knowledge of Typescript
• Understanding of LLMs & Tooling (optimal is if youve used the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs before)
• Used React or Angular before (even if frontend is not your strong suit we are looking for people willing to build simple UIs to showcase their developments if necessary)
• Rapid prototyping & iterative development: Strong capability for quick prototyping and iterative updates based on user feedback emphasizing lean development cycles
• Time Commitment of 40 hours/week during your semester break

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL specifically Postgres
• Prior experience with Docker Kubernetes AWS and/or MS 365 AddIn Architecture
