You will be working on a project for a major Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power products.
Role:The test manager is responsible for planningmanaging directing and coordinating the test activitiesin the project incl. functional system and integrationthroughout the whole program.
Responsibilities:
- Define and track progress against the agreedupon test goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement the test strategy including activities responsibilities test stages methods test cases and schedules.
- Define and coordinate the requirements for setting up the technical test environment test data management and tool selection.
- Review and ensure the quality of project deliverables including test concepts test cases scripts documentation reporting and error handling.
- Manage and oversee status reporting for testing activities and allocate testing resources accordingly.
- Lead testing activities within the project ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Design and execute functional system and integration testing for SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Manage the execution of nonfunctional tests such as performance testing.
- Solve complex problems mitigate risks and ensure the successful execution of tests.
- Coordinate and automate regression testing for efficiency and accuracy.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in SAP systems with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and test management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate testing teams.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and delivering clear reporting on testing progress.
- Expertise in defining test strategies developing test cases and selecting the appropriate testing tools and environments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and experience in managing risks associated with testing processes.
- Experience in defining and managing test activities schedules and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining test environments managing test data and ensuring proper tool selection.
- Experience with reviewing and ensuring the quality of test documentation error handling and test reporting.
- Proven ability to manage testing resources effectively and coordinate status reporting.
