Job Position: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Pryor OK 74361
Pay Rate: $16.00 $19.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Pryor OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must complete a tape measure and mechanical assessment before applying. Please visit one of our StandBy Personnel locations to take the assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Production:
o Prepare work by studying assembly instructions blueprints specifications and parts lists.
o Gather necessary parts subassemblies tools and materials.
o Assemble metal components and subassemblies into complete units by following work orders and production drawings.
o Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
o Utilize hand tools power tools welders and machines to attach bolt press drill hammer and achieve specified dimensional characteristics.
o Perform testing and calibration of parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerances.
o Conduct online go/nogo testing and inspection using measuring instruments and test equipment.
Quality Assurance:
o Ensure assembled parts and units meet production specifications and company standards.
o Maintain detailed documentation and records of production processes.
o Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Other Duties:
o Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.
o Strong math skills including the ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers fractions and decimals.
o Mechanical aptitude with experience handling tools and machinery.
o Must be detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
Physical Requirements:
o Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift/move more than 50 lbs.
o Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
o Capability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various elements.
