telli is building AI voice agents that change the way businesses communicate with their customers. Voice is the most natural way humans communicate. However highquality voice interactions have historically struggled to scale leading businesses to rely on clunky user interfaces and compromise on customer experience.
AI dramatically improves both quality and scalability. However the technology alone isnt enough. Were looking for a stellar fullstack software engineer to join us in Berlin.

We care deeply about doing excellent work and were looking for a likeminded software engineer to join our product engineering team.
Thriving at telli requires a few core skills:
- Product mindset: Our tech stack includes TypeScript React Node Postgres as well as . But more than familiarity with any specific technology we value a customercentric approach and ability to ship endtoend features.
- Ability to work fast in a highambiguity environment: As an earlystage startup were inventing a product as well as building it. Were moving fast. If you have a proven track record of delivering highquality software in a strong engineering team thats a big plus.
- Desire to work out of our HQ in Berlin: We believe quality of interactions is higher in an inperson environment. We collaborate deeply and often communicate by tapping one another on the shoulder.

About telli
telli was founded in 2024 to build voice AI agents for B2C companies. We were part of the YC Fall 24 batch. In the last couple of months weve grown to 6figure ARR and raised a $3.6M seed from investors including a toptier European seed fund and Y Combinator.
