Job Description
This position will be responsible handling an eCommerce ecosystem containing Mobileapp/Webapp with application
layer/business logic/data hosted in cloud infra. This role will monitor troubleshoot manage direct and support
deployment maintenance and other services related to the eCommerce applications used. This role will provide
Regular/advanced operations support contribute to existing system improvements and work directly with stack holders.
Responsibilities:
Application Monitoring for the performance and health of eCommerce applications
Troubleshoot & resolve production issues across different layers of the ecommerce platform
Perform a detailed investigations to identify the root causes of issues
Follow the process for escalating issues that cannot be resolved immediately and engaging required
stakeholders in the call.
Assist in addressing customer complaints or issues related to login order processing payments and shipping
Communicate progress & status and provide technical insights to stakeholders.
Work with business stakeholders and the QA team to ensure that requirements and standards are met.
Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and planning.
Qualification and Experience:
10 years of experience app development & last 3 yrs into Production Support role
Knowledge & exp in UI using ReactJS Typescript & other UI frameworks
Experience in Backend using Commercetool Java Springboot & Microservices
Should have exp in Microservies Architecture and Cloud Support in GCP managing and troubleshooting microservices deployed in Google Cloud
Should have exp in API Integration & Database Management
Should have exp in Deployment DevOPs
Experience with Retail and eCommerce domains is a plus (exp in Commercetools is desirable)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)
