What Youll Do:

• Build and nurture strong client relationshipsthat lead to longterm success.
• Take ownershipof client contracts ensuring they are profitable and sustainable.
• Generate revenue and new leadsby identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team.
• Manage projects and oversee contractsto ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels.
• Support a thriving teamwith performance reviews team goals and recruitment efforts.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous customer service or office experience we want someone who knows how to connect with people and get things done.
• Strong communication skillsand a desire to help clients succeed.
• A resultsdriven approachwith the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Power BI MS Teams).
