Job Description
Scope:
Assistant Project Managers assist on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions. (supervised by a more senior person) on Aviation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager on a range of tasks
- Conducting background research data collection and benchmarking
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
- Producing project plans
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Preparing written project communication materials
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Liaising with the client contractors and designers
- Attending meetings and drafting minutes etc
- Preparing presentation materials for client pitches etc
- Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database
- Reporting
- Depending upon context an Assistant Project Manager is likely to report to a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
Key Performance Indicators
- Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards
- Tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Client needs are dealt with in a helpful and attentive way
- The crossfunctional team is supported in a helpful and positive manner
- An effective contribution is made towards the overall project
- Key information and data are effectively communicated and appropriately retained

Qualifications :
- Education Diploma or B.E. Civil.
- Experience in Based build Civil structural is preferred Airport experience will be a must experience
- You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
- 5 7 years of postqualification experience in similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
