Job Description
Role Overview:
The Patient Service Representative will work within the NonClinical Program at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. Candidates must be adaptable to a varied weekly schedule including occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service in a patientfacing role.
- Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling patient checkins and coordination of services.
- Demonstrate professionalism accountability and empathy in all interactions.
- Maintain flexibility in adapting to varied weekly schedules.
