Job Position: Machine Operator Transformer Winder
Location: Oklahoma City OK 73135
Pay Rate: $16.00 $20.00/hr
Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (MondayThursday) 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Friday & Saturday)
Hours: 56 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Transformer Winder to support our assembly operations in Oklahoma City OK. This position involves interpreting manufacturing instructions loading raw materials onto winding machines and ensuring coils are wound with precision to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
Read and interpret tape measures and micrometers with precision.
Interpret winding data and perform calculations for transformer coils.
Operate various coil winding equipment to ensure accurate production.
Maintain highquality and quantity standards in coil production.
Read and understand Bills of Materials (BOM) and follow specified raw material placement.
Operational Tasks:
Utilize brazing and cold welding processes effectively.
Accurately interpret micrometer readings ranging from .001 to .075.
Complete required Process Control Records with precision.
Safely operate cranes and pallet jacks for material movement.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Work Ethic & Responsibilities:
Work independently while effectively utilizing tools and equipment.
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
Exhibit a positive attitude and follow all instructions diligently.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coil winding or manufacturing operations.
Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen physical examination and background check.
