We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Work under the guidance of subject matter experts.
Create visually impactful designs that align with our brand identity while exploring new ways to enhance the digital brand experience through motion design.
Push creative boundaries by combining strong visual aesthetics with an understanding of technologys role in improving user experiences.
Design engaging narratives and interfaces that resonate with global audiences and support the development of scalable solutions within digital ecosystems.
Prototype and test ideas to inspire digital creators across the entire value chain ensuring solutions align with the principles of the Expression Framework.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
A portfolio showcasing innovative use of motion and visual design to elevate brand experiences.
Proven ability to design within and push the boundaries of brand guidelines balancing consistency with creative expression.
Strong proficiency in Figma and handson experience in motion design using After Effects Rive or similar tools.
Can push creative boundaries when creating new digital brand experiences not only from a visual standpoint but also by understanding how technology can enhance the total experience.
Passion for storytelling through digital design that resonates with diverse audiences in global contexts.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for giving and receiving feedback.
Bonus:
Experience working with digital design systems particularly in largescale global contexts.
Understanding the code behind motion and layout.
