Job Summary:
- The Cybersecurity Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity Program Manager / lead to deliver on Central Hudsons Cybersecurity Program.
- The Cybersecurity project manager shall leverage Central Hudson Technology Project Management methodology to deliver moderate to large scale projects within scope schedule and cost criteria.
- This position drives the initiation planning design testing and delivery stages of technology projects in a matrix environment to achieve measurable business objectives.
- The Technology Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle from initiation (intake) through transition to operations (project closure).

Responsibilities:
People/Team:
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills to facilitate collaborative project deliveries and promote the value of project management across the organization.
- Manages vendor relationships throughout the duration of related projects and collaborates with vendor implementation resources to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to produce project artifacts that align within the appropriate stage of project life cycle i.e. scope schedule design budget test plan communication plan training plan deployment plan Run Plan & change control).
- Drives critical timesensitive discussions related to risks opportunities issues dependencies assumptions constraints and decision points with stakeholders and collaborates with the team to develop corresponding action plans.
- Drives organizational change management plan for effective communication and adoption.
Project Governance & Project Management:
- Complies with Central Hudsons Project management standards of practice for Waterfall and Agile frameworks to achieve predictable performance and delivery excellence.
- Consistently provides effective status reporting that contains the appropriate level of actionable detail for Executive Sponsorlevel and project team recipients.
- Creates and maintains accurate project budgets and actively manages costs throughout project lifecycle.
- Executes proper change control processes to provide transparency and effectively manage scope schedule and cost.
- Proficiently leverages Project Management tools such as MS Project Excel PowerPoint Visio PPM and budgeting software to ensure highquality project deliveries.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures including but not limited to change management incident reporting time accounting expense reporting purchase requisition processes and compliance requirements.
Technology:
- Understands Central Hudsons Cybersecurity roadmap develops plans to deliver on the roadmap.
- Ability to understand technical constraints dependencies and frameworks to ensure the delivery of a highquality solution.
- Partner with technical leads and vendors to ensure the translation of requirements into comprehensive test plans and technical solutions (Requirements Traceability).
- Demonstrate technical acumen to ensure project team executes highquality design testing and cutover activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong experience in project managing and delivery of Cyber Security projects.
- Bachelors degree; preferably in Information Technology Computer Science Business or other related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Six Sigma SLDC or Agile certification
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks standards and best practices
- 7 years of experience managing projects within a matrixed or cosourced environment
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving decision making sound judgment assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
- Strong relationship building / interpersonal skills and experience providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word Excel Visio and PowerPoint)
- Valid drivers license
Preferred:
- Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry.
- Experience with Cybersecurity tools.
- Masters degree (in aforementioned fields)
- Experience with PPM tools Jira ServiceNow or other.
- Experience in risk management threat intelligence and incident response.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or comparable
