Preparation Engineer

We are now looking for an experienced and detailoriented Preparation Engineer to join our team onCSSP at Sdra Hildedalsgatan 6. In this role you will play a key part in translating customer specifications into Consilium standards and ensuring seamless product preparation.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and interpret customer documentation/specifications and convert them into Consiliums standard formats.
- Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain product instructions and ERP system data.
- Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor and update time and cost calculations for our products.
- Lead or participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and insourcing projects.
What You Bring
- A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- A structured and detailoriented mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience in EMS production (a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP systems preferably Monitor (a big advantage).
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in Swedish and English along with good IT skills.
