What will you be doing
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will join our team in Aberdeen to support our activities within the naval sector. Youll be driving the design and optimization of production processes for highprecision electronics composites and plastic moulded components supporting missioncritical systems.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for mass production ensuring efficiency and highquality output.
- Design and implement production processes incorporating best practices and cuttingedge techniques.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet production goals and deliverables.
- Support projects involving plastic moulding composite manufacturing and electronics manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges to ensure seamless operation and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Expertise in manufacturing engineering for mass production processes.
- Experience in production process design and implementation.
- Background in the automotive industry with exposure to highvolume manufacturing.

- Knowledge of plastic moulded and composite manufacturing techniques.
