Key responsibilities:
. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
Resolving key client issues and complaints.
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
Strategic planning to improve client results and expand relationships.
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by upselling or crossselling.
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management.
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as key account manager.
Experience working with Indian B2B clients will be beneficial.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
SelfMotivated and selfdirected
Strong negotiation skills with ability followthrough on client contracts.
Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Ability in problemsolving and negotiation.
