Location Santa Maria CaliforniaJob Description:Job Title: LVN Home Health
Location:Santa Maria CA 93454
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours:52 hr/weekGross weekly: $2221.26/week
Shift: Days 8x5 40 hoursJob description
- Unit: Home Health
- Certs: BLS
- Ratios: patient load is based on productivity usually about 5 visits per day admission is usually equivalent to two patients
- EMR: Netsmart which was formerly known as Allscripts
- Charge Nurse: No
- Nurse Aides: No
- Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend when they work the weekend they can have a day off the week before and after if wanted
- Holidays: they will work into holiday rotation
- Scrub Color: any scrub color
- Shifts: Hours are flexible usually MF 8am5pm with a 1 hr lunch
- Floor specific orientation: 1.5 2 weeks
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: pt infusions IV antibiotics TPN central lines PICC lines blood draws
- Additional Notes: They may have to take call call is usually required 24x per month for the weekdays schedule is 5pm8am. May have to do infusions for peds if the visit is related to pediatric condition they will be sent to ER for evaluation most/if not all of pt population is not peds.

- BLS
- Covid card
- DL
- 2 supervisor references
