The role involves engaging with bank customers through various communication channels such as phone calls emails WhatsApp and chat. The aim is to provide exceptional customer service while introducing and promoting innovative digital banking solutions in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries regarding banking services including account setup password recovery transfers and more.
Manage backoffice tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
Promote a range of banking products and services.
Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations regarding transparency product information (including purpose features and risks) and customer protection.
Identify and report any issues within the system tracking progress until resolution.
Meet the established quality standards and sales goals set by the organization.
Qualifications
Educational background in Business Administration Mathematics or Law is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
Nativelevel proficiency in German.

Experience
Experience in banking is a plus but not a requirement.
Benefits
38.5 hours per week with a schedule from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month) working hours between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Permanent contract.
