Are you passionate about numbers and interested in working with a dynamic team Join us as a Cost Accounting Staff and play a key role in ensuring accurate production cost analysis for our growing company. What Youll Do:
- Collaborate closely with production teams to track and analyze the use of raw materials and packaging materials on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Standard) to ensure costefficiency and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead monthend quarterend and yearend physical inventory counts to maintain precise inventory records.
- Utilize your skills in Oracle to upload physical counts and manage inventory data in realtime.
- Reconcile inventory records investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support the supervisor with any additional reports or financial analysis as needed contributing to overall company success.
What You Bring:
- Educational Background: A degree in BS Accountancy Accounting Technology Management Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting with a solid understanding of costing and variance analysis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word with handson experience using Oracle Accounting and Inventory Systems.
