Role: Consulting Senior Manager for Boutique Consultancy
Consulting Seniority: Manager Director (Approximately 7 to 12 years of experience in consulting)
Salary: 70k85k a bonus up to 25% EMI potential
Location: Hybrid office is in central London
We are partnered with a small but mighty strategy and technology (data & AI) consultancy that continues to strengthen its core team. They are a tightknit highgrowth firm with innovation at the heart of their culture.
They are seeking an experienced consultant who can win new clients and deliver transformation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client needs the firms capabilities and achieving measurable results.
To succeed youll need a strong understanding of how product data and software professionals operate enabling you to lead them effectively in projects. Technological literacy is essential as is the ability to translate technical requirements for executives across departments.

Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Oversee project delivery ensuring every milestone drives measurable client impact
- Strategic business and account development including new offerings and propositions
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management in a consulting context
- Experience leading the delivery of transformation projects
- Experience in data advanced analytics and AI solutions familiarity with modern technologies and sufficient technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation abilities
- Comfortable seeking assistance and offering constructive challenge and feedback to others
- Passionate about people and fostering a culture that develops and supports talent
