My client in the heart of Dsseldorf are searching a Receptionist and Conference Coordinator.
Fulltime Permanent.
Tasks
- Point of contact for (international) clients guests and employees.
- Handling correspondence both by phone and in writing in German and English.
- Planning organising and professionally managing meetings and events
- Coordinating package and courier services as well as processing invoices.
- You are responsible for your duties within our shift system working regulated hours between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
Requirements
- Hotelfachkauffraumann education
- A strong serviceoriented mindset
- Excellent German and English skills both spoken and written.
- Solid MS Office skills (ideally Office 365).
- Team player with excellent manners and an eye for the essentials
- Discretion and loyalty
