We are pleased to inform you of an opening for CRM Strategist (Digital) with a global advertising agency in Gurgaon.
JD :
The CRM strategist will provide leadership in the successful CRM approach and strategy development for brand campaigns and ownership of the CRM brand calendar. This role includes leading a team of Strategy Creative and Martech resources to deploy campaigns on time. Own the overall CRM workstream demonstrate the value of CRM to brand teams and other client stakeholders. Work closely with Data Reporting and Insights resources to do segment planning and optimize campaigns based on learnings. Oversee endtoend CRM programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities :
CRM Planning : Provide strategic leadership in planning coordinating and executing CRM programs across brands. Collaborate with data creative media brand and category teams. Demonstrate and document the value of CRM to Brand KPIs. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and implement learnings to optimize.
Data Enrichment Plan and Brand Calendar Ownership : Strategically own and manage the customer lifecycle ensuring personalized and targeted campaigns align with brand objectives. Lead the development and execution of the brand calendar coordinating with creative content and marketing teams for timely campaign delivery.
Project Planning : Develop comprehensive CRM project plans to track activities and deliverables.
Team Leadership : Lead a crossfunctional team including CRM Strategy Creative and MarTech resources.
Key Skills :
Excellent communication skills.
Stakeholder management Mid to Senior level.
Excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge of MAP tools and platforms (Adobe platform preferred).
Prior experience in planning and executing multichannel CRM programs for FMCG brands (WA RCS Email SMS Apppush Webpush).
