We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented HR Assistant to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles.We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient daytoday operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our firm by assisting in various HR functions.
Primary duties but are not limited to:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal and employment details.
Manage employee benefits programs and assist in resolving benefitsrelated inquiries.
Support HR in organizing training and development programs for staff.
Assist with performance management processes including evaluations and feedback.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and general workplace concerns.
Help coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or 3 yr minimum of relative experience.
Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary Compensation: $65000 $85000
