The EMEA RTP Network Strategist is responsible for our strategic RTP network expansion activities within the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The candidate will develop an RTP strategy and engagement plan for the region and execute against it in collaboration with Product Technology Operational and Regulatory teams. Must be comfortable engaging with payments scheme operators regulators and central banks aligned to local regulatory requirements and rules.
The candidate will be an experienced strategic payments professional with deep expertise across money movement payment schemes EMEA RTP systems and related marketspecific aspects such as regulatory considerations. A deep understanding of payments is required at a strategic level together with practical experience in this space.
The role reports to the Global Head of Real Time Payments.

This will be a high profile multidisciplinary role and will require an experienced candidate who will manage Visas strategic Real Time Payment expansion activities for the EMEA region including:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
