Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing the Precinct Conference & Events Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales initiatives and strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance productivity and profits within the Conference & Events (C&E) sectors. The role will lead the team to explore new business opportunities whilst maintaining good relationships with established clients. The role includes but is not limited to;
- Driving sales to ensure revenue and conversion targets are achieved for C&E business including Residentials.
- Liaise with the entire operations team to ensure high quality impeccable service and experience is provided.
- Provide quotations for conference and events proposal covering venue function menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized.
- Lead the reactive sales team including the overall coordination of events and conferences.
- Host high value client site visits and develop

- Strong attention to detail and drive to succeed.
- Extensive experience in hotel Conference sales with a strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work ocassional weekends as required by client or organisation
- Exceptional organizational skills meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients at the same time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise.
